The ingredients needed to cook Chicken and potatoes:
- Get 4 kg potatoes
- Take 3 onions
- Get 2 green pepper
- Take Oil
- Prepare Salt
- You need Tomatoes
- Provide Tomato paste
- Prepare 1 whole sliced chicken
Instructions to make Chicken and potatoes:
- Boil the chicken with salt for 4 mins and put it aside together with it's soup
- On a different pot put oil and onions cook till golden brown
- Add in onions and oil on a different pot
- Add in tomatoes chopped once cooked add in tomato paste
- Once that's nicely cooked add in tomatoes
- Stir for a little while for about 2-3 mins then add a little water. Be careful not to add too much water or the potatoes will soften up too much Let it boil and cover it.. keep checking
- If patatoes haven't softened add a little water again once all is cooked add in the chicken and the soup
- Let them boil together for an additional 6-8 minutes
- Add in 2 packets of Azam coconut and let it boil
