  1. Prepare 1/2 Cup Sago/Sabudana(tapioca Pearls)
  2. Take 1/2 Cup Sama Rice/Samak Rice atta
  3. Get 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  4. Use 2 Medium Size Boiled Potatoes
  5. You need 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  6. Prepare 1 tsp Chopped Green Chilli
  7. Use 1 tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  8. Provide 1/4 cup Coarsly Ground Peanuts
  9. Take to taste Rock salt/Sendha namak
  10. Use as needed Oil or Ghee for Frying

  1. In a grinding jar add samak rice and sago and grind it into a fine powder.

  5. Heat a non stick pan on medium flame and grease it lightly with the few drops of oil or ghee.
  6. Pour the mixture in a pan and make small pancakes.
  7. Drizzle some oil around the edge and the center.
  8. Cook on medium flame for until the based is cooked.
  9. Now apply little oil on top and flip it to the other side.
  10. Cook it for 1 minutes or until the top is cooked.
  11. Put the gas in low flame and again flip it.
  12. Potato pancakes are ready to serve.
