- In a bowl mix suji, salt, red chilli powder with water to make a batter. Keep it aside for 10 mins.
- Mashed potatoes in a bowl. Keep aside. Chop onions and keep aside. Now add onions and mustard seeds in suji mixture. Mix well. Add carrots, mashed potatoes and mix well.
- Add water if the batter is too thick. Batter should not be too thick not too thin. Keep the batter aside for 5 mins.
- Heat tawa pour little oil on tawa and pour ladlefull of batter on tawa. Cook on slow flame. Drizzle some oil on sides. Now cook on high till golden.
