- Use 460 grams starter
- Provide 400 grams all purpose flour
- Prepare 350 grams water (room temp)
- Take 2 teaspoons kosher salt
Steps to make Sourdough from starter:
- 1st thing feed your starter the night before and leave it out at room temp to activate
