  1. Use 2 sourdough crumpets,
  2. Use 1 small banana (around 85g),
  3. Provide 3 tsp sugar,
  4. You need 15 g lotus biscoff spread,
  5. Get 8 g crushed walnut halves,
  6. Get 1 tsp raw organic cacao nibs
