- Use 2 sourdough crumpets,
- Use 1 small banana (around 85g),
- Provide 3 tsp sugar,
- You need 15 g lotus biscoff spread,
- Get 8 g crushed walnut halves,
- Get 1 tsp raw organic cacao nibs
