  1. Get 200 gm maida/All purpose flour
  2. Use 8 gm dry yeast
  3. Provide 5 gm sugar

  7. Keep it for 30 mins in the warm place for rising.
  8. After 30 mins take it out knead it again.
  9. Make a ball from this rise maida.flat it on the surface.
  10. Sprinkle cinnamon powder,.& brown sugar on it.
  11. Now roll it tightly.
  12. Cut it into 2 or 3 inches peaces.
  13. Now keep it in a cake pan after greesing,keep it again for rising 10 mins.
  14. Now after rising keep it in the preheated oven for 30 mins 180 degree.then take it out & enjoy for this recipe.
