- Take 1 pack Cooked udon noodles
- Provide 1 as much (to taste) Pork
- Get 1 as much (to taste) Vegetables (I used onion and bean sprouts)

- You need 1 pinch Umami seasoning (optional)
- Get 1/2 tsp Sake

- Cut the vegetables. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and stir fry the pork.
