  2. Add & saute soaked Sama, salt for few minutes. Add buttermilk,mix well. Cover and cook on slow flame for 10 minutes,in between stirring occasionally.(Add little water if necessary).
  3. Serve Hot Healthy Sama Khichdi in bowl garnishing with chopped coriander leaves and fried peanuts.
