- You need 1 Chicken breast
- Prepare 1 Salt and pepper
- You need 2 to 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- Provide 200 ml Panko
- Take 1 Vegetable oil

- Cut the chicken breasts into equally thick pieces so that they can be cooked through easily. Place them on a chopping board and sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
- Place the meat into a plastic bag and add the mayonnaise.
- Massage the meat from the outside of the bag so that the mayonnaise coats the meat completely.
- Add panko to the bag.
- Let in a little bit of air and then shake the bag so that the panko coat each piece of chicken evenly.
- Heat a somewhat large amount of oil in a frying pan until it slides easily around the pan (over medium heat).
