- Take chicken pieces and cut in thin strips. I used breast pieces.
- Pat them dry with korben towel.
- Put the dry chicken strips in the marination and mix well so that the mixture coats to each piece of the chicken.

- In the meantime prepare the coating. For that take 1 cup of oats and 1 tablespoon of chilli flakes to a mixer.

- Spread all the coated chicken strips to a dish.
- Heat enough cooking oil (about 1" of thick layer) in a deep pan.
- Place the coated chicken strips in batches and fry in medium low heat on both sides until light golden brown.It will take about 12-15 minutes to fry them well.
- Drain and transfer to a kitchen towel.
- Fry all the chicken strips like that.
- Serve immediately with garlic sauce and ketchup.
