- You need 300 g boneless chicken cubes

- Prepare Carrots cubes 1/4 cup

- Get 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- Take 1 tsp Hot sauce
- Use Chicken cube 1

- Use 3 tbsp Tomato ketchup

- Marinate the chicken cubes with soy sauce, vinegar, hot sauce, black pepper, red chilli flakes and set aside for 20 minutes
- In oil saute garlic and ginger. Then add marinated chicken and cook until translucent.
- Now add chicken cube and water and let the chicken tender
- Add veggies when chicken is half done and also add the remaining sauces and spices and ketchup. Cook for another 5 minutes. Adjust salt and sauces.
- Add dissolved cornflour and cook until desired consistency
