  1. Get 400 gram bhetki fish
  2. You need 1 big lemon
  3. You need 2 onion
  4. Prepare 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  5. Get 1 teaspoon white mustard seeds paste
  6. Prepare 2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  7. Provide 1 teaspoon red cilli powder

  1. Fish marinate with lemon juice and salt for 30 min. Clean with water and again marinate with turmeric powder and sone salt.
  2. Onion boil in a water and make a paste of it. Make a paste of mustard seeds and 2-3 green chilli.
  3. Add mustard oil in a pan. Swich on the oven and fry the fish and keep aside.
  4. In a same pan add cumin seeds and allow it to splutter. Add onion paste and saute for a while. Add ginger garlic paste and stir till the raw aroma disappear. Add turmeric chill powder salt and mustard chilli paste and saute for few min.
  5. Add 2 cup of hot water, fish and allow it to boil. When the gravy part is thicker then switch off the oven and garnish with slitted green chilli and coriander leaves.
