The ingredients needed to prepare Baked Bhetki:
  1. Take 1 kg Bhetki fillet
  2. Take 2 Lemons
  3. Prepare 1 teaspoon Jeera powder
  4. You need 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  5. You need 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  6. Use 2 tablespoon cornflour
  7. You need 1 teaspoon Garam Masala powder
  8. Get 1/2 sticks cinnamon
  9. Take 2/3 cardamom
  10. Take 2/3 cloves
  11. Use 1 tablespoon Khuskhus
  12. Prepare 25 g Cashew
  13. Take 20 g Raisins
  14. Prepare 2 eggs
  15. Get 2 medium sized onions
  16. Provide 1 Garlic
  17. Get 4 tablespoon curd
  18. Use 1 inch Ginger
  19. Provide To taste Salt
  20. Take Few leaves coriander leaves for garnishing
  21. You need 1 tomato for garnishing
  22. Provide 3-4 green chillies
  23. You need 1 cube cheese
  24. Get 2 tablespoon butter
  25. Use As needed oil
Steps to make Baked Bhetki:
  1. Clean the Bhetki pieces and add 1 lemon and salt and keep aside for 5 mins. After 5 mins clean again and marinate for 20 mins with 1 lemon, salt, Jeera powder, chilli powder, Garam Masala,egg and oil
  2. Grind Khuskhus in dry form and add cashew to it and grind again. Once done add raisin and water and grind to make a consistent paste.
  3. Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoon oil and 25 g butter
  4. Add whole Garam masala spices and put chopped onions, garlic, curd and stir.
  5. Separate fish from marination masala and add masala into the pan and let it cook for 2 mins. Then add the Khuskhus paste prepared and mix well and stir for 5 mins.
  6. Preheat your oven in convection mode at 180 degrees
  7. Grease the baking vessel with butter and add fish into it. Pour the masala prepared on top of it
  8. Once the oven is preheated, bake the fish for 15 mins at 180 degrees
  9. Once baked, remove and garnish with cheese, tomatoes,green chilli and coriander leaves. Baked Bhetki is ready to be served with rice.
