  4. Prepare 1 teaspoon Jeera powder

Instructions to make Bhetki Korma:
  1. Clean the fish pieces and marinate with half Lemon, salt and vinegar for 30 mins
  2. Clean the marinated pieces with water and mix with lemon, salt and mustard oil and keep it aside for 15-20 mins
  3. Put some Cornflour powder on the pieces and fry the pieces till golden brown (egg white also can be used with Cornflour)
  4. Heat some oil in a pan and add Jeera seeds, bay leaves till it crackles
  5. Add the cut onions and garlic and saute till golden brown. Add Ginger paste and saute till the masala is cooked
  6. Prepare the poshto paste- grind poshto into a dry powder and mix cashew paste, curd, Jeera powder, chilli powder, salt into this
  7. Add the above masala into the pan and let it cook for few mins
  8. Once masala is well cooked add some water and bring it to boil. Add the fried fish pieces to it and let it boil for 5 mins
  9. Add Garam masala at the end and remove. Serve with Rice
