- Take 10 fish bhetki fish fillet
- Prepare as needed Garlic
- Take 2 tsp Green chiles paste
- Use 1 bowl spinach

- Take the fish fillet. Wash it pat it try. Then Marinate it with salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice, olive oil and garlic paste. Keep it for atleast 1 hr for best results. Now in a pan add olive oil, then add finely chopped garlic and green Chile. Saute it. Then add the finely chopped spinach. Cook it it all raw smell of the spinach is gone and it is well cooked. It should have no water. Add little salt and sugar.
- Now in a pan/grill pan put little olive oil then place the fish. Let it cook by turning sides. The fish should be cooked slowly so that it doesn't get hard. Now place some spinach cooked on the top. Again cook /grill it for 5 min.
- Now add the cheese on the fish. Cover it and let it melts. Sprinkle some parsley, redchile flakes and thyms. This whole process can be done in microwave also.
