The ingredients needed to cook Fish Fry:
- Use 10 Bhetki fillets bought from market specially for fish fry
- Provide 3 Onions finely chopped
- Prepare 2 tsp Coriander finely chopped
- Use 2 tsp Parsley Finely chopped
- You need 7 green chillies
- You need 5 Garlic cloves
- Prepare 2 inch Ginger
- You need 1 teaspoon Sugar

- Take 50 gm maida/All purpose flour
- Provide 2 teaspoon Garam masala
- You need 1 tsp black pepper powder
- Prepare 5 eggs
- Take as needed bread crumbs
- Prepare As needed Refined oil
- Take 1 packet Vermicelli
Steps to make Fish Fry:
- In mixer grinder put the onions, coriander leaves, parsley, garlic's,ginger, salt,1½tespoon, sugar, garam masala, chillies, sqweezed lemon juice 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder and make a fine smoothly paste you can also add water if required
- Marinate the fish fillets with this paste for around 30 minutes.
- After that beat two eggs and add flour make a batter,coat the fillets and left it for another 10 mins
- The next step is the most vital. Take the bread crumbs in a try add salt and add the secret ingredient dry vermicelli crushed.
- On the other hand take bowl beat another 3 eggs. Now take one fillet dip in egg batter with left hand and coat the fillet in bread crumbs. Make right hand dry. This process will be done for four times. Apply this procedure for each of the fillets
- Take a cooking pan heat refined oil. This should done as a deep fry. And fry it well. Served with Mustard sauce in Bengali known as kasundi. And place a tissue which will absorb extra oil. Serve hot.
