- Take 1 1/2 cup Preggo maranara sauce
- Take 4 Red bell peppers
- Prepare 1 lb 93% lean ground beef
- You need 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- Get 1 medium size yellow onion, chopped
- Use 1/2 cup White long grain rice
- Use 1 tbsp Salt & Pepper to taste
- Take 1/4 cup Beef broth (any broth or water is fine)
- Take 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
- Use 1 packages Garlic toast

- In a medium/large pan cook ground beef seasoned with salt and pepper and chopped onions till beef is no longer pink. Add garlic cook another 2minutes.
