- You need 1/2 lb Sweet Italian Sausage, chopped
- Provide 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste

- Transfer chili to the Crock pot and cook on low 4-6 hours or 2-3 hours on high, until the beans are tender.
- Serve over cooked rice and with garlic bread or salad. Sprinkle with parmesan or other cheese.
