  6. Use ±1 handful of small oyster mushroom/ button mushroom/ 2 big mushroom, slice in any shape and thickness you desire
  7. Get Chicken breast or any meat, cut small or mince (optional)
  8. Get 1/4 onion, diced
  9. You need Pinch salt
  10. Prepare Pinch black pepper
  11. Get Pinch white pepper
  12. Prepare A bit of Parsley or celery, chopped
  13. Prepare Spring onion, chopped
  14. Take 2 tablespoon wheat flour, mix with some water
  15. Get ±600 ml of water or milk
Instructions to make Mushroom soup:
  1. Heat up pan, melt the butter/ margarine, sauté the blended ingredients until fragrant
  2. Put in the cubed onion, sauté until fragrant, then put in the sliced mushroom, sauté until wilted.
  3. Put in the chicken/ meat.. sauté until the meat color turned into pale.
  4. Add on salt & pepper, stir well and add on water/ milk until boiled.
  5. Add on chopped parsley/ celery & spring onion, stir.
  6. Add on the mixture of wheat flour, stir well until cooked (put down the heat abit to let it mixed perfectly)
  7. Serve with garlic bread or any toast 😉
