- Take 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened OR goat cheese
- Use 1/2 cup crushed pecans
- You need 4 Tbsp. dried cranberries
- You need 2 tsp. minced fresh rosemary
- Prepare 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- Provide to taste salt & pepper
Instructions to make Cranberry & Rosemary Cheeseball:
- Combine softened cheese with the garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Mince rosemary and add to cheese mixture.
- Fold in dried cranberries. Cover and place in fridge overnight.
- Place crushed pecans in shallow bowl. Form cheese mixture into ball and roll in pecans until completely coated. Serve with Ritz or your favorite crackers. Enjoy!
