  1. Take 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp Thai green curry paste
  3. Provide 1 tbsp soft dark brown sugar
  4. Prepare 2 chicken, cut into chunks
  5. Provide 4 kaffir lime leaves, torn into pieces
  6. Use 400 ml coconut milk
  7. Prepare splash Thai fish sauce or light soy sauce

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or pan. Add the green curry paste and sugar and cook over a fairly high heat for about a minute.
