  1. Heat 1tbsp oil in a pan add the mustard seed.when thy crakle add hing and curry leaves saute for a few seconds.
  2. Add in the grated garlic and chopped chilli soute for a few seconds.
  3. Add the mashed patotos,turmric and salt and mix well.keep aside to cool.
  4. Meanwhile,lets make the better by combining began,turmic and soda and little water approx 1/3cup
  5. When the patotoes mixture has cool,make equal sized 6 tikki.
  6. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.when it is ready.dip each tikki in thy better and then slowly fring each tikki.
  7. Deep fry all tikki in hot oil. Till golden brown.
  8. Slice each pav into half and place one vada in each pav and serve.
