- Use 1 tsp Oil
- Get 1 Onion, chopped
- You need 3 cups Water

- Get 300 ml Milk

- Take a pan on medium heat, add oil, onion and cook until onion turns translucent.
- Add water,salt and pepper,cover and bring to a boil. Add broccoli florets mix well. Cover and cook for 3 mins, check the broccoli are cooked.
- Cooldown the mixture.and grind them into a fine paste. Heat butter in a pan add flour and mix well. Add salt and cook for 2 mins
- Add milk slowly and keep stirring continuously ensuring there are no lumps.
