  2. Use 150 gram White Chocolate
  3. Take 200 gram Biscoff spread
  4. You need 75 gram Coconut powder
  5. Get 75 gram almond powder

  7. Prepare 1 tablespoon ghee

  1. In a food processor blitz the biscuits to make crumbs. In a bowl add chocolate, biscoff spread and condensed milk and microwave for 1 minute. Remove and give it a stir. Microwave for further 30 seconds. Remove and check chocolate has incorporated with condensed milk and biscoff spread.
  2. Add biscoff crumbs, coconut powder and almond powder and mix well. Add ghee and mix well until ghee is incorporated. Lastly pour the mixture in a greased tray and smooth over. Let it set in the fridge for 3-4 hours to set. Remove and cut in squares. Best eaten next day.
