  2. Prepare 1.5 cup Besan
  3. You need 2-3 tsp Oil

  1. Roast besan in pan till it changes the colour to little pink and leaves its aroma. Take aside. Crush the peanuts and roast them in Pan till pink..

  3. Cut the chillis on one side and fill the stuff inside it. You can tie a cotton thread also to it so that stuffing doesnot come out.
  4. In a pan heat oil, and saute jeera into it.. once jeera is popped up, put all the stuffed chilis in pan and mix them well.. keep stirring until the colour of chillis changes. Add the left over stuffing of besan over it. Add 1 cup water and mix well.. simmer it for 10 minutes on low flame..
